UKSF takes place Wednesday 2nd–Friday 4th December 2026 at the Convention Centre, Liverpool Experience Campus (formerly ACC Liverpool), Kings Dock, Liverpool Waterfront, L3 4FP (Sat Nav: L3 4BX).

We have an exciting line up of speakers, lectures, training sessions, abstract presentations, posters, wellness activities and networking.
Day one (primarily training) sessions begin from 10am. Registration will open from 8am. View the preliminary programme and timings on our webpage.
Delegates can access the programme via the conference app later in the year.

Book early to save 15% with Early Bird rates (available until 5pm on 31 July 2026). Standard rates apply until 5pm on 17 November. After that, the full non-member rate of £695 applies to all delegates, regardless of category.
Access to all sessions, exhibition hall, refreshments and lunches, the conference app (with session recordings), wellness activities, CPD-accredited training, and poster displays.
Also includes a Welcome Drinks Reception (2 December) at BOXPARK Liverpool.
Delegate fees do not include accommodation, travel or parking.

Early Bird rates offer 15% off standard pricing until 5pm on 31 July 2026.
Members of our coalition organisations registering individually in price tiers 1–3 may receive 10% off by entering a coalition discount code at registration. Codes are available from your coalition organisation; proof of membership may be requested.

This year, we are trialing a limited number of one- and two-day passes.
Delegates with these tickets can access in person and on demand content only for their selected dates. CPD points are awarded pro rata, with 6 points per day.
If delegates are unable to attend all sessions in person, they can catch up on selected sessions they have missed on the event platform. Plenary and most lecture-based sessions will be recorded and available for five months after the event, with CPD still awarded for online viewing.
Delegate passes must not be shared.
Discounted (member) fees are available to healthcare professionals in price tiers 1–3 who are members of a UK Stroke Forum coalition organisation. Discounts apply to individual registrations only and cannot be combined with other discounts, such as group or speaker discounts.
Members will need to enter a discount code (available from your coalition organisation) during the registration process. Proof of membership may be requested.
The coalition currently includes around 33 organisations, including professional associations, charities and special interest groups.

The UKSF Coalition Group shapes the Forum’s activities and meets around three times a year.
The UKSF Conference Planning Group develops the annual conference programme and content.
The UKSF Lived Experience Group is made up of stroke survivor representatives who sit on both committees and ensure lived experience is embedded in UKSF planning, content and delivery.
Delegates can earn up to 18 CPD points (6 per day), with certificates issued after the event. CPD is also awarded for sessions viewed online, allowing delegates to catch up on missed content via the conference platform.

Speakers may receive an allowance towards accommodation, please view your speaker invite to check any entitlement, and how to request reimbursement. For queries, email ukstrokeforum@stroke.org.uk.
Invoices are only available to groups of 3 or more delegates who will be able to choose to pay by card, or are able to request an invoice until the 30th September. After this date all payments including groups will be card payment only.
If you wish to pay by invoice, please ensure you have the Stroke Association set up as a supplier and a Purchase Order number ready to
add to your invoice request.

Groups of 5 or more will receive a 5% discount on their delegate rates. Please note that coalition discount codes are for individual registrations only and group bookings are not eligible to use the coalition discount.
Invoices are a payment option for groups of 3 or more delegates, who book before 5pm on the 30th September. You can request an invoice here.

All cancellations by delegates must be made in writing by email to ukstrokeforum@stroke.org.uk before the deadlines outlined Clause 4 of our Terms and conditions - our Cancellations and Refunds policy.

If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute delegates. Full details of the substitute must be provided by email prior to 25 November to ukstrokeforum@stroke.org.uk
Normal delegate rates will apply. Successful abstract applicants will be notified by mid July, allowing time to register before the early bird deadline (5pm, 31 July 2026).
Please note: no expenses for abstract/poster presenters are covered.
UKSF Welcome Drinks Reception

Kick-start your UKSF experience at this free event with a complimentary drink - an ideal opportunity to settle in, enjoy relaxed networking, and soak up the atmosphere. Food vendors will also be available to purchase from.
Open to all delegates, it’s the perfect way to begin your UKSF journey.
The UK Stroke Forum event is an annual educational research conference designed for healthcare professionals working in the field of stroke.
It is an opportunity to share academic research and participate in training workshops, encouraging sharing of best practise across the stroke care pathway.
Due to the scientific and medical nature of the conference, participants must be healthcare professionals, healthcare students, researchers or patient and public involvement (PPI representatives) working within the healthcare and/ or research sector.
Attendance from the general public or lived experience experts (stroke survivors) is not permitted unless in the case of invited speakers or those with a role as PPI representatives.
